How do I book a shoot?

My dog can't be off lead..

Having your dog stay on lead during a session is not an issue, many of my best images involved the dog being on lead! During the editing process I will remove the lead, and no one will ever know. Alternatively, we can organise the session to be located at a secure dog field, so we can still photograph your dog having the freedom to run and play.

What is the image turnaround time?

Please allow up to 2 months to receive your final gallery, editing time frames will depend on bookings and during busy seasons will be on the longer side. I hand edit every image to ensure each one is the best it can be, some involve extensive editing to remove distractions - so this takes time.
Event images have a shorter turnaround time due to minimal editing, and will be emailed within 24-48 hours of purchase.

What payment methods are available?

Deposits to secure session dates are paid via either bank transfer or PayPal. Remaining sessions fees are paid on the day of the shoot either by cash, bank transfer or PayPal.

My dog is reactive, is that okay?

I have experience working with reactive dogs, both in a photography capacity and in general due to my experience working previously in a kennels and groomers, and currently a veterinary practice. I'm knowledgeable on canine behaviour and take pride in being able to offer tailored sessions in which reactive dogs can still be relaxed and enjoy their session, meaning I can capture them at their best.

Are there travel costs?

Sessions located within a 15 mile radius of RG14 do not incur travel fees, any mileage above this radius will be charged at 45p per mile.

What is your typical timeline for private bookings?

Once I have received communication from you, I will reply at my earliest convenience - this will fluctuate depending on bookings/editing load. We will discuss your requirements/chosen package/desired outcome, then organise a date for your shoot. To secure the date, all private bookings require a £45 deposit, payable via either bank transfer or PayPal. Prior to the day of your booking, I will explain briefly what to expect on the day, and I am happy to answer any questions you may have. The remainder of your session fee is to be paid on the day of your shoot, and can be paid by cash, bank transfer or PayPal. Post-session, I will then start the editing process - selecting the best images, hand editing each one and putting them in to a private gallery. I will then send you the link to view your gallery so you can choose your favourite images included in your session fee, which will be sent via a download link. You also have the option to purchase extra images if you like more than the amount included in your session fee.
If you have also purchased videography/Reel footage, this will be edited and also sent via a download link.
